PCAI is glad to announce the participation of PCAI collection artist Wu Tsang at the 59th Carnegie International in Pittsburgh’s Carnegie Museum of Art.
Curated by Carnegie Museum of Art’s Ryan Inouye and Liz Park, and Danielle A. Jackson of Artists Space in New York, this year’s exhibition is titled If the word we.
The quadrennial exhibition, on view from May 2, 2026, through January 3, 2027, reflects a spirit of collaboration and community that transcends national borders. Featured works will span a wide range of media, including painting, photography, sculpture, installation, video, performance, and theatre.
Of the 61 artists and teams announced, a record 36 will present newly commissioned works. The complete list of artists is as follows:
